Free is public-only rather than capped — every free diagram carries a scannable code pointing back, which is a distribution engine rather than a trial that expires.

You never pay more than the next band. Grow past 25 and you are billed per person until that reaches the next band’s price, then it flattens — and nobody is blocked at user 26.

SSO, audit log, one invoice, a shared gallery, a branded subdomain and a pooled generation allowance.

For a service the API, for something you are building

Renders are unlimited on every plan including Free. Only AI generation is metered, because it is the only operation that costs anything to run.

Before you ask the honest bits

Diagrams are hosted for the life of the platform. A code printed in a diagram and handed to a customer has to keep resolving, so this is a product commitment rather than something a tier buys.

If a plan lapses, you keep reading and exporting your own work. Creating and publishing stop; nothing is deleted and nothing is locked away. A billing failure should not hold a diagram hostage.

Generation allowances are not published yet. We are measuring real usage through the beta rather than guessing a number. When they are set, anyone already above them keeps their usage for twelve months.

Early prices are kept. These may rise later; a subscription that stays continuous keeps the price it started on.
